Please fill out the above form to register your child(ren) to the Jewish Summer Experience.
Please fill out one form per child.
After completing the form, you will receive an email to confirm acceptance of your child to the program. Registration is only confirmed after receiving the acceptance letter and processing the payment.
Charge for the summer program: $30 for the whole summer.
Full refunds are available until July 9, 2022. Past that date there will be no refunds. There are no refunds or credits off tuition for days missed due to illness, holidays, or family vacations.
Tuition payments are accepted as follows:
1) Check made out to Chabad Hebrew School, mailed to 99-58 65th Avenue, Queens, NY 11374.
2) Credit or debit card using the following 'Donate' button.
3) Paypal, Zelle or Cash app to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to write in the memo 'Summer'.
